A company is looking for a Senior Applications Administrator - ServiceNow CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and optimizes the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data quality and governance
• Partners with various IT teams for impact analysis and maintains documentation and standards
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and contributes to application support programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, with 4 - 6 years of related experience
• 5+ years supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment, particularly with CMDB administration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and integration principles
• Practical understanding of CSDM and IT infrastructure components
• Master's degree preferred
