Senior Applications Administrator

Job Summary

To support Agile transformation efforts, the fully remote Senior Applications Administrator will manage user and production support for applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement tooling solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Council sessions to gather stakeholder input on process gaps and pain points
• Assess and prioritize opportunities, translating them into practical solutions within the Atlassian platform
• Document current and future-state processes, converting stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in applications administration
• Deep expertise in the Atlassian platform, including Jira and Jira Align
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-ready solutions aligned with governance standards
• Strong skills in stakeholder partnership and translating business needs into clear requirements
