Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Applications Analyst - Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for application software related to patient access
• Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned applications
• Consult and communicate extensively with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient safety, workflow, and cost containment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems
• ITIL course completion within one year of hire
• HIMSS certification within one year of hire
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hospital operations
