Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of core and emerging technologies, including EMR and CRM systems
• Manage EMR application updates, troubleshooting, and customer support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and execute new technology projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in technology solutions value creation
• At least five years of experience with healthcare applications and electronic health record systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is a plus
• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare delivery environment
