Senior Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Applications Analyst, responsible for providing Tier 3 operational ownership for assigned enterprise applications in a full-time remote role, including administration, maintenance, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for assigned applications
• Manage application administration, communication with end-users, and track KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain relationships with business and vendor partners, ensuring documentation and enhancement requests are managed effectively

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• 5-8 years of experience in IT application development, QA, business analysis, or project management
• Experience in IT service management or systems analysis preferred
• Strong understanding of application administration and vendor management
• Ability to document system architecture and manage licensing and financial responsibilities
