Senior Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time Senior Applications Analyst will analyze business requirements, manage application performance, and lead projects to enhance system efficiency while working remotely from Indiana.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and business requirements to drive application efficiency and client experience improvements
• Evaluate product offerings and enhancements, providing recommendations based on feasibility and business value
• Lead and participate in projects, collaborating with departments to implement initiatives using best practice project management techniques

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of three (3) years of application/business/systems analyst experience in a financial industry environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred
• Technical certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, and/or Cisco are a plus
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS Visual Analytics, SSRS, or other reporting technology is advantageous
