Senior Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing business requirements and supporting application systems, the full-time Senior Applications Analyst will work remotely to ensure applications are efficient, reliable, and aligned with vendor requirements while leading projects and driving business improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business process reviews and analyses to improve efficiency and client experience
• Evaluate product offerings and recommend enhancements based on feasibility and business value
• Lead projects related to system upgrades and integrations, collaborating with cross-departmental teams

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of three (3) years of application/business/systems analyst experience in the financial industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred
• Technical certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, and/or Cisco are a plus
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS Visual Analytics, or other reporting technology is beneficial
