Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Applications Analyst - Epic, the candidate will lead and provide expertise in Resolute Billing, managing project activities, and supporting application software to enhance departmental workflow and patient safety in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management activities for the implementation and support of Epic Resolute Billing applications
- Consult with clinical and administrative staff to optimize application use and improve operational processes
- Analyze and design solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies
Required qualifications
- Epic Resolute Billing certification and relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of healthcare/IT experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems
- ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
