A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst for Referrals, Cadence, Prelude, RTE, and Welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Epic Patient Access applications in a large academic healthcare organization
- Developing and optimizing technical solutions for efficient healthcare workflows
- Analyzing and improving the organization's Epic deployment to impact patient care
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience or education may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated success in design, configuration, and support of medium to large-scale solutions
- Experience collaborating with operational partners to improve workflows and simplify processes
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, and creating trusted-advisor relationships
