Senior Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training of products remotely or at customer locations
• Provide technical support for customer queries, RFQs, and design reviews, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve in-field issues and support design for installation and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field
• Technical experience with electric motors, battery storage solutions, or power electronics
• Experience working with customers in a technical setting
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and principles
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed
