Senior Applications Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support and application development in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Applications Engineer will troubleshoot BAS network issues, create gateway configurations, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality output across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot BMS network setup, configuration, and related system issues
• Review portfolio standards to ensure consistent, high-quality output and provide technical input in customer-facing meetings
• Debug installation issues during the start-up and commissioning of building controls and maintain organized project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), and DDC/BMS controls
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, sequences of operation, and controls documentation
• Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus communication protocols
• 5+ years of experience programming BAS/DDC systems and integrating with third-party equipment
• Experience with Delta Controls or similar product lines preferred
