Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced application support and act as the final escalation point for complex issues
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues through advanced troubleshooting and scripting
  • Lead major incidents, perform root cause analysis, and mentor L1/L2 support teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 6-7+ years of experience in application support or a related technical support role
  • Advanced expertise in troubleshooting enterprise applications and strong scripting skills
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases for investigative purposes
  • Strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET application architectures
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
