Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Applications Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced application support and act as the final escalation point for complex issues
- Diagnose and resolve application issues through advanced troubleshooting and scripting
- Lead major incidents, perform root cause analysis, and mentor L1/L2 support teams
Required Qualifications:
- 6-7+ years of experience in application support or a related technical support role
- Advanced expertise in troubleshooting enterprise applications and strong scripting skills
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases for investigative purposes
- Strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET application architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
