Senior Applications/System Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Applications/System Analyst will design and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites, implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, and ensure compliance and security of SharePoint environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites and governance standards
• Create and implement automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and develop Power BI dashboards
• Provide Tier II and Tier III SharePoint support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions and testing results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform and incident management
• Knowledge of basic web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience in low-code/no-code development and basic scripting skills
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
