Senior Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing high-level technical support for Epic HIM applications, the full-time Senior Applications Systems Analyst will manage development, testing, integration, and implementation processes while ensuring adherence to business standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide requirements
• Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Consults on design for new or modified programs, ensuring feasibility and compatibility with current systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (or equivalent experience based on education level)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in providing technical consultation and maintaining high service levels
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
