Key Responsibilities

• Build foundational AI tooling and reusable components for AI agent experiences
• Design and implement data-driven feedback loops for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices for AI-driven experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5 years in distributed cloud-based applications
• 1+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) in production environments
• Familiarity with transformer networks and attention mechanisms
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge retrieval optimization
• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and full lifecycle of LLM architectures
