Senior Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer (Observability).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability and reliability foundations for AI systems, including logging, tracing, and evaluation pipelines
• Define metrics for AI system performance, quality, and behavior while detecting and debugging issues
• Architect and deploy end-to-end AI systems and contribute to shared infrastructure and orchestration patterns

Required Qualifications

• Experience building production AI systems end-to-end
• Strong expertise with large language models (LLMs) and agent orchestration
• Hands-on experience with AI observability and monitoring systems
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and conducting experiments
