Senior Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design and deployment of practical AI solutions, the full-time Senior Applied AI Engineer will work remotely to create production-ready systems that address complex business challenges and enhance enterprise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate ambiguous challenges into technical solutions
• Design and build AI applications using large language models and integrate them with enterprise data systems
• Develop production-grade backend services and maintain RAG systems for effective AI workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or enterprise systems
• Strong Python development experience in building production-grade APIs or services
• Hands-on experience with large language model applications and Azure OpenAI Service
• Proven experience designing and building RAG systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
