Senior Applied Research Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied Agent Research Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive competitive ML excellence by participating in top-tier machine learning competitions and sharing techniques with teams
• Engage with the ML community through insights sharing via various platforms and represent the company in competitive ML and agentic AI
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for real-world problems

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of applied ML/AI work
• Demonstrated success in competitive ML, such as Kaggle competition master or high rankings in significant ML contests
• Self-directed and collaborative with the ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems
• Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms like NeMo, NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, or RAPIDS is a plus
• Published research in top-tier venues related to LLMs, agents, or ML algorithms is preferred
