Key Responsibilities

• Define research directions to enhance the discovery of relevant inventory for users
• Work with large datasets of unstructured multimodal data to develop and deploy AI models
• Publish research findings in conferences and write technical blogs

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI / NLP / LLM
• Experience in building personalized recommender systems or personalization technology
• Proven track record of applied research with relevant publications or demonstrations
• Hands-on engineering skills for deploying ML models in production
• Experience in a research lead role, articulating research strategy
