Senior Applied Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied Scientist to develop advanced machine learning solutions in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of advanced ML models using NLP and generative AI

• Establish best practices in experimentation and model evaluation while mentoring peers

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
• Proven record of delivering ML/AI models to production
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks
• Deep experience in NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning is preferred
