Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into AI projects
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for healthcare services
• Lead and mentor junior and senior applied scientists while coordinating project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models
• Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures
• Practical experience with LLM and generative AI technologies
• Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins
• PhD in a relevant field or a Master's/Bachelor's with 3+ years of experience
