Senior Applied Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied Scientist to lead and innovate in partner communications AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the science of communication intelligence by owning modeling strategies for intelligent tools
• Conduct applied research to design novel architectures and reasoning systems
• Define evaluation and safety for GenAI, including experiments and error detection

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience applying advanced ML/AI to real-world problems
• Strong understanding of modern NLP, agentic, and LLM architectures
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and tying scientific metrics to business KPIs
• Proficient in Python and modern ML stacks (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers)
• Ability to translate complex modeling trade-offs into clear narratives for stakeholders
