Senior Applied Scientist, Computer Vision

Job Summary

To support the development of AI technologies for dementia care, the fully remote Senior Applied Scientist, Computer Vision will lead the creation of computer vision and machine learning models, manage the entire lifecycle of features, and collaborate across teams to ensure effective deployment in real-world settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new AI capabilities from research/PoC to production deployment
• Design, train, and evaluate advanced computer vision models for various applications
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure models are scalable and reliable

Required Qualifications:

• MSc/PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Expertise in PyTorch, Python, and web services
• Strong proficiency in AWS, WandB, and Docker
• Proven experience in deploying AI systems to the Cloud or on the edge
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
