Senior Appraisal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Appraisal Analyst, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review property valuations for compliance with Federal/State law and risk policy
• Obtain and perform detailed review of collateral documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Communicate with departments and clients to meet pipeline metrics and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Four years or more of mortgage or consumer loan underwriting experience, with appraisal review experience preferred
• Three years of continuous collateral review experience
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• FHA DE (CHUMS) / VA SAR/LAPP preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training preferred
