Job Summary

Championing data governance and AI enablement, the full-time Senior Appraisal Data Steward will oversee appraisal data assets, ensuring data quality and compliance while acting as a liaison between business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and maintenance of the Data Stewardship Standard Handbook to operationalize governance principles
• Champion metadata management and classification to ensure data assets are Findable, Usable, Understandable, and Trustworthy
• Drive the adoption of stewardship principles through the Center of Excellence, acting as a subject matter expert across various teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in appraisal data domains, particularly in financial, insurance, or real estate sectors
• Proven experience with data governance standards and proficiency with Enterprise Data Governance platforms
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of AI/ML basics is preferred
