Senior Appraisal Reviewer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Appraisal Reviewer will evaluate and analyze appraisal reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess appraisal reports for accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Provide feedback and recommendations to appraisers to enhance report quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve appraisal-related issues and improve processes

Required qualifications

• State certification or license as a real estate appraiser
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate appraisal
• Strong understanding of appraisal methodologies and market analysis
• Experience with compliance standards in the appraisal industry
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior appraisers
