Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Valuation Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review commercial and residential appraisals for compliance with USPAP, internal policies, and federal regulations
• Analyze valuation methodologies and assumptions to validate accuracy for lending decisions
• Mentor and train junior reviewers on complex appraisal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of real estate appraisal and/or review experience
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in a relevant state
• Residential or General Appraiser Certification in WI, MN, or IL
• Active or candidate status with a recognized professional appraisal organization
