Senior Apprenticeship Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Apprenticeship Program Development Specialist to provide technical expertise and support for the development of Registered Apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on Registered Apprenticeship program design, registration, and expansion
• Lead national Apprenticeship Accelerator convenings, bringing together employers and workforce stakeholders
• Guide employers in developing "registration-ready" apprenticeship standards and competency frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Familiarity with sector-based outreach and Registered Apprenticeship program development
• Expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and related regulations
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies and implement tasks effectively
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
