Key Responsibilities

• Manage recovery of self-pay balances and establish payment arrangements
• Verify payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies with payers
• Assist in claims appeals and recommend corrective actions for billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in billing, collections, and understanding of third-party billing guidelines
