Key Responsibilities:

Collect and report on past due accounts
Resolve payment issues and discrepancies with clients
Lead meetings to address complex problems contributing to delinquencies

Required Qualifications:

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience using ERP systems
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of five years of billing and collections experience
Ability to work with a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines
