A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable in Tampa, FL, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of AR Leads and guide day-to-day B2B customer collection portfolios
- Oversee research and analysis on customer deductions, workload organization, and review/approval of staff work
- Build relationships with key customers and internal departments, provide leadership, enhance departmental KPIs, and assist in project implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of AR experience preferred or 10+ years of high-volume AR experience with a high school diploma
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong Excel skills, including LOOKUP and PivotTables
