Key Responsibilities

Developing and deploying functional forms for modern forcefields, including various solvent models
Prototyping and implementing enhanced sampling methods for molecular dynamics
Integrating libraries with various workflows related to free energy and forcefield fitting

Required Qualifications

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in methods development in molecular dynamics and forcefield parameterization
Proficiency in Python, C++, and/or CUDA in a best-practice environment
Deep understanding of trade-offs between practicality, generalizability, and performance of solutions
