Job Summary

Senior ARI Specialist is a full-time remote position focused on technical execution of rate loading and management across the supply portfolio, ensuring accuracy and quality in rate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rate loading inquiries and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
• Investigate and resolve complex rate discrepancies while maintaining SQL queries for data validation
• Develop automation scripts and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role with rate management exposure
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data investigation and validation
• Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
