Senior Art Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead creative projects in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director to develop strategic marketing campaign concepts
• Lead and mentor a team of art directors and designers through project execution
• Oversee photoshoots and video shoots, directing photographers and external partners

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of design and art direction experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio showcasing 360 campaign work and elevated design sensibility
• On-set art direction and photo production experience required
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma proficiency a plus
• Experience mentoring junior creatives and managing design workflows
