Job Summary
To support a dynamic creative team, the full-time Senior Art Director will manage the ideation and execution of integrated health campaigns across various platforms while collaborating closely with junior team members and other specialists in a remote or onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute health campaigns across social, digital, video, and brand identity platforms
- Handle smaller design-centric projects and manage multiple assignments while providing direction to junior team members
- Engage in client-facing activities, including preparing and presenting creative work and integrating feedback to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of art direction experience in an agency setting, preferably in PR, advertising, or social media
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas
- Experience in the pharmaceutical space and a keen interest in healthcare communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma and AfterEffects is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly in social media contexts
