Senior Art Director

Job Summary

To drive innovative design strategies, the full-time remote Senior Art Director will manage creative projects, lead a team of designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the creative process from concept to execution across various projects
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to ensure alignment on brand vision and messaging
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and successful brand campaigns
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
• Experience in the health and wellness industry or related fields is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
