Job Summary

Leading the creative process in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Art Director will set vision, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional digital work by guiding strategy, design, and execution while mentoring designers and collaborating with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from strategy through execution and delivery
• Establish a clear brand vision that aligns research, business goals, and design excellence
• Mentor and guide designers to elevate their work and foster professional growth

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or director-level role
• A portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex digital problems through elegant design
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of digital-first brand systems
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams while remaining hands-on
• Experience with AI tools in design workflows and a track record of curiosity and experimentation
