Senior Art Director

Job Summary

To support the creative vision of Exemplar Luxury Group, the full-time Senior Art Director will develop compelling editorial imagery and oversee photography and video shoots, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional visual storytelling across various platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Art direct fashion, beauty, and lifestyle photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards and high creative quality
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns and deliver best-in-class creative across digital, print, and social media
• Guide image retouching and post-production processes to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency across all final assets

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of art direction and design experience in luxury fashion, retail, or a related creative industry
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in integrated campaigns and editorial storytelling across various channels
• Proven experience in art directing photography and video shoots from pre-production through post-production
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color, and luxury visual design principles
• Extensive experience managing multiple creative projects while balancing production requirements and business objectives
