Senior Art Director

Job Summary

Managing the flow of creative assets, the full-time Senior Art Director will oversee project status across multiple workstreams, maintain organized file systems, and communicate proactively with internal and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, versioning, organization, handoffs, and delivery of creative assets
• Track project status and keep stakeholders updated on progress, owners, and deadlines
• Maintain consistent file organization and naming systems to ensure assets are accessible and current

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, traffic/asset management, or project management within a creative team
• Experience supporting B2B clients or brands is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Exceptional organizational and information-management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality
