Senior Art Director

Job Summary

Experienced in leading creative campaigns, the remote Senior Art Director will conceptualize, design, and execute high-impact brand storytelling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptual thinking to transform client briefs into compelling campaign ideas and brand aesthetics
• Craft visual treatments and design systems to pitch creative concepts to stakeholders
• Mentor junior designers and establish art direction standards across various design touchpoints

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of art direction and design experience in a creative agency or internal team
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional campaign art direction and visual design systems
• Hands-on mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in art directing creative production, including photography and video shoots
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset for working with multidisciplinary teams
