Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Art Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipelines for various art aspects of game development
• Balance short-term tactics with long-term strategies
• Manage and guide groups of artists in a dynamic production environment

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience as a Lead or Senior artist with 2 shipped titles
• Expert grasp of foundational art skills and deep understanding of human and animal anatomy
• Experience in visual stylization across multiple platforms and gameplay needs
• Ability to align multidisciplinary teams behind a creative vision
• Experience in game development, preferably in AAA or mobile games
