Senior ASPICE Assessor

Job Summary

Collaborating across fast-paced automotive programs, the full-time Senior ASPICE Assessor will conduct assessments, mentor teams, and communicate findings to senior leadership while utilizing AI-assisted tools for process improvement in a remote or onsite setting.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out and assist with ASPICE and HW SPICE assessments across engineering disciplines
• Facilitate structured workshops with development teams to present findings and prioritize improvements
• Communicate assessment status, trends, and risks to senior leadership, preparing briefings for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0 and experience in ASPICE assessments
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or a related field
• BS or MS in engineering or equivalent experience
• Intacs Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certification; Competent Assessor preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and ISO 8800 standards
