Senior Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Sr. Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and forecast collateral/residual values for equipment lease transactions
• Research and evaluate new target markets and equipment types for potential pursuit
• Manage sales, renewals, and remarketing of off-lease and repossessed equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum five years of experience in vendor finance, preferably in leasing or financial institutions
• Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks daily
• Independent self-starter with a proactive approach
• Experience in developing residual matrices, policies, and controls
