Senior Asset Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing multifamily portfolio, the full-time Senior Asset Manager will own the financial and operational performance of over 2,000 units, driving NOI growth and enforcing best-in-class asset management practices while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational performance of a growing multifamily portfolio, ensuring accountability for NOI, cash flow, and business plan execution
• Architect and enforce an asset management operating system across assets and external partners, including performance reviews and reporting packages
• Drive lender strategy and negotiate directly with lenders and stakeholders in high-stakes situations, while identifying operational and financial outliers early

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in asset management, structured finance, or multifamily portfolio operations with direct accountability for performance
• Strong background in multifamily real estate, including experience with value-add and turnaround management
• Proven record of placing agency debt and navigating complex loan negotiations
• High proficiency in real estate financial modeling and property management systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field preferred; advanced training is a plus
