Senior Asset Manager

Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote Senior Asset Manager opportunity responsible for managing a portfolio of mission-driven real estate and community development debt and equity investments, ensuring strong performance, borrower compliance, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of debt and equity investments, monitoring borrower performance and compliance
• Prepare portfolio analyses, financial reports, and risk assessments to support management oversight and investment decision-making
• Manage watchlist and special assets, developing mitigation strategies and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in loan asset management, including at least 2 years in commercial lending
• Experience managing debt and equity investments within real estate funds and analyzing commercial real estate financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in portfolio management systems preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to community development finance and ability to balance portfolio management with community impact objectives
