Job Summary
Supporting various teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Asset Protection Systems Admin will administer and enhance asset protection technology platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and collaboration with multiple business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Asset Protection technology platforms, including exception reporting and case management systems
- Partner with leadership to identify system requirements and develop technology solutions that improve operational performance
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to end-users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems and applications administration
- Experience with case management systems, reporting platforms, or similar enterprise applications preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience in technology support or system administration
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts and testing methodologies preferred
