Senior Associate, BizOps

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time Senior Associate, BizOps will drive data insights and decision-making within core business areas, working remotely to define problems, analyze metrics, and influence key outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses are aligned with decision-making needs
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver measurable impact
• Effective communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
