Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical insights and decision-making across product, growth, and operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical problems to successful outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in project execution
