Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical insights and decision-making across various business units, working remotely to enhance growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and drive analytical insights to inform key decisions
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and drive outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing leadership decisions
• First principles thinker with a problem-solving mindset
