Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical functions across various business units, focusing on defining problems, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and drive the analytical function for assigned business units
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights that impact key metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decisions at the leadership level

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful results
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
